Taking the advice of some members on the boads I changed my delt/tri routine for this upcoming Tournament. I felt pretty goo in the gym today but a nagging thought kept occurring. I kept on thinking there was someone else training harder for this comp
OHP 5x5 195 *new pr* Felt really good today as I kept my grip a little closer and tryed not to use much leg drive. All rep had good speed and no problem locking out on any reps
Reverse flyes 3x60 db these felt good as the burn from the ohp was killing my front delts.
Close-grip 225 3x3 these sucked cause I couldn't get into the groove since my shoulders were fryed. I just couldn't seem to explode out of the hole. last week i did 245 4x6 with ease
Seated french press 80lbs 3x10 full ROM felt pretty good actually, I should have went higher.
Shrugs thick bar 135x10, 225x10,8. Normal bar 315 3x10
