Sorry for my absence this week as I was welcoming a new member to the family, home life has been pretty hectic just working around a child but I'm back and with improvements.

cracked under 100kg now sitting at 99.7kg and the look has definitely improved with no changes the past couple of weeks the body has just responded and done exactly what we want it to.
I think we've probably got another couple of weeks to get some real good condition happening I'm thinking I'll end up around 98 to 97kg mark which really is a good effort seeing as stage weight was under 90kg only last year.

then the fun begins and I can grow for at least 6 months before looking to compete in September.

Solid leg day!!

Abductors 3 x 12-15 reps

Single leg hamstring curls 3 x 10-12

Lying hamstring curls 3 x 8-10

RDL 3 x 8-10

High and wide leg press 4 x 12-15

Pendulum 3 x 8-10

Leg extension 4 x 10-12

Adductors 4 x 12-15


Starting to feel the fatigue towards the end of my sessions now bodyfat is getting lower but strength is still there and still having great sessions.
I'm tipping we'll only push for another couple of weeks to get pretty lean then we'll look at packing some size on hopefully.
I'm interested to see what the approach will be, will we drop peds down for a bit or if bloods are good will he want to keep pushing that's the questions I have and will find out after he's happy with the look.

Another week and a little leaner again down to 98.8kg this morning and really starting to see things happening now which I'm loving.

couple of changes this week as we near the end of this tidy up phase.

AAS/peptides

slu pp 332 1.5mg daily
300 L carn pre training
Mot c 1mg pre training
Clen 80 mcg
HGH 8iu

Test E 750mg
EQ 600mg
DHB 400mg

couldn't do this without the help and support of @Raptor Labs @Raptor Rep can't thank these guys enough!!

basically the most anabolics I've ever pushed and so far feeling great strength is ridiculous and feel like I'm holding size while cutting all this fat off.
really keen to dig the next couple of weeks and get shredded so we can start packing some quality tissue on before next September!
