I buy mine by the pound usually cheaper than Quaker Oats pkgs. Prepare it with water and cinnamon. Just about when it is about done and still boiling, I add currants. These are dried champagne grapes so are much smaller than raisins. They are tarty in taste and add even more fiber to your oats. You won't need to add any sweetener for taste either. Once cooked after turning off heat I add flaxseed oil 1 teaspoon per cup of serving.
