B bigdawginCO New member Mar 26, 2005 #24 i do like Pamela, i have it with egg whites. i usually do 1/2 cup oats, about 3-4 egg whites, then i add cinnamon and a bit of vanilla extract and splenda. if i have a craving i'll add 1/8-1/4 cup almonds, also maybe 1/4 cup raisins.
