Nutrition shakes/Meal replacement

Hi,

I have recently started lifting weights, and I am taking my NLarge 2 when I come home.

However, I heard it is good to take NLarge/protein power after the workout.

I don't have access to my nlarge for at least 6 hours after my workout.

I was looking at some nutrition shakes, I thought they would be good as I can carry them round instead of a big tub, and can use them straight after.

The problem is, most of the shakes seem to be power as well, and I think they require a blender, which I don't have.

I was wondering, what is the best nutrition shake, and do I really need to use a blender? Can I use water?

I found some Myoplex Ready-to-Drink which would be perfect as they are ready made, but they don't contain much protein, and I would have to drink 3 a day to get the same amount of protein as the powered nutrition shakes, and that would work out too expensive.

So, I guess I would like to know what the best quality/taste/mixing nutrition shakes are.

or go to your local supplement store and get a shaker bottle or a on the go mixer it runs of a battery and its the size of a shaker and you can mix up your shakes like that! i wouldnt use a rtd (ready to drink) its just like a protein bar you never know whats in it they add way to much shit to those things!
