It's been a long time since I hit a PR, lol. This thing has on like the 12th page. Since I didn't hit a PR the week before the meet or after, it's been a while. Today I hit 2 though.
Reverse band bench(greens)(275)- 280, 290!
Close grip bench(205)- 210
I was happy with these because, well, PR's make me happy and I was a bit sore coming in. I'm getting a PR on Tuesday because I am doing suspended BO GM's from a height I have never used before.
