Thanks for the feedback guys. Once again, my main issue is - and always will be - diet! I actually have a really good diet but i'm poorly lacking in the volume that i consume....just have a low appetite unfortunately.
I'm not looking to be huge, i'm looking for i suppose 'the beach body' so another 5-10 of muscle would be perfect.
Thanks everyone for your advice. Regarding the PCT.....I've been looking a lot into this as this seems to be the main area I haven't made any major decisions. Like most beginners there is so much advice out there that it's difficult to actually find 'good' advice. I've particularly found this on the PCT forums.
Also, i know we're not allowed to ask for sources of gear and that isn't a problem for me since I have a source already, but for PCT.....is it most common to buy that stuff online?
