Gettign ready for my second cycle and i wanted to really nail down a good bulking diet. I know how to eat well for training but i want something more like a plan of attack Can anone help me?
My first cycle was TestC 500mg ew, DECA 250md ew. Im 6'2" 212lb Before i start me first cycle i was 195lb.I finished my last cycle about 8 months ago and Im getting ready for a Sust Deca cycle and i wanted to up around 225 230 when i finish up this next cycle. My last cycle i was eating around 3000 calories and it was nothing but chicken tuna brown rice broccoli sweet potatoes along with protein shakes and egg whites and i ate around 5 to 6 meals aday. But my diet didnt really have any structure or like a plan. Like meal 1 would be this and meal 2 would be this. This Time around a just really want to hit it hard and make sure i have a plan of attack!
so with this second cycle, you want to bulk, but most guys would be happy with the results from the 1st cycle..
for a bulker, most will recommend around 6000 calories, but i'll bump this so others can chime in as they will have a better plan for bulking for ya... if not i'll muddle back in later today..
