Pretty upset it's been 3 weeks now scales not shifted been solid on diet lifts are going up nicley but weight and belly doesn't seem to be shifting am down to 1800 cals lowering cals any more will basically be fasted as post and pre workout is hitting 900 cals just about enough space for chicken and rice left am debating ether keto diet or a cycle off test anavar although didn't wanna go back down the road off aas
