You still burn cals when asleep. U still have protein demands.

I haven't got a precise link, but I think about 75% of that energy is fat from memory, 25% is carbs, or 50G fat, 37.5 carbs (hence in the morning you have partial liver glycogen depletion).
Even on cutting you should consume something pre-bed, and I don't see the harm of eating a bit of tuna or something at 3-4am if u habitually wake up (just factor it in overall cals)
I get all of my requirements in b4 7pm but dont go to sleep till 11-12 so i get hungry again i guess ill just make a meal or two smaller too add a shake in b4 bed.
