I don’t think 1 gram of test is necessary or advantages,
But if you are simply doing 10-12 weeks of nothing but test, and you have done multiple cycles in the past, lets say 10 cycles,
I don’t see a problem doing a gram of test a week.
Also it depends on the test,
I would not want to do prop or suspension at a gram a week.
But Test E, is fine.
