Well, as promised, today we did bent over good mornings with the safety squat bar. I'm not sure any of us were particularly excited about doing gm's again, but we did 'em anyway.
My old record on these was 351 for 1...Hannibal's was 351 for 3.
We worked our way up, and I hit 333 for 3...Hannibal nailed it once. After that, I decided I was taking a bigger jump, and went for 363....and knocked that out, with some struggling.
Even though I was about to fall over, I put the 2.5's on there, and went for 368. Again, I was able to push one more rep.
I tried 383, but it wasn't going to budge, which is okay with me...I'll take the 17lb PR.
