does losing weight affect your nipples at all? im on a diet now tryin to go down from 195..ive lost 10 already thanks to the genious of Mr. X and ANPB but ive always had somewhat puffy nipples even though im not really fat

so does that ever change?

they wont completely recess... but diet, along with a topical diuretic (ie, caffeine, yohimburn, etc...) can give temporary results.

two other alternatives are surgery and topical DHT cream (andractim, typically used for AIDs patients).

I have some natural gyno from puberty. I notice that the more bodyfat i have the bigger these lumps are. The more cut i get the smaller these lumps become. They also become softer. Also, the nipple puffiness does decrease with less body fat.
