Hi all x
Me & Hubby own a gym in the UK (silversgym.co.uk) he has been training 18 years, ive been training for 3, not as hard as im doing now though! we have never competed, this year though we both want too. Im 23 he is 35.
Im 5.7", 10st 5lb (unsure of bf) i know i gotta lose sum!
Im going to start a course of steds on 28th Feb: Anavar-1 tab-twice daily + Deca 50 mg-weekly + Primo 150-200mg. Done loads of reading, any extra info? any advice on how long the course should run for?
My diet (which started fully 2 wks ago) consists of meals every 2-3 hours, Protein shake & porridge. Chicken breast, brown rice & small bag of Veg, splash of chilli sauce. Tuna & wholemeal pasta or potatos. Prawn salads. Cod, mash & veg. Egg whites on malted wheat bread or omellettes (5 egg whites, 1 egg yolk), steak @ the weekends! protein shake during night! and shit loads of water!!
I train (past 2 weeks) 6 times a week, working on each bodypart + doing yoga! Need advice on Cardio, as i dont want to use muscle im building! i have been doing Spin classes and i do boxing twice a week at my gym! i do need to get rid of fat, as my past lifestyle robbed alot of muscle!!
Any advice on anything would be tops!! Watch this space!!
this would be my 3rd course, although not had one for 2 years! I would love to get into fitness modelling!!
