Hey all!
I'm new to the whole working out thing, so bear with me . I'm 5'7 and 168 lbs. I've been trying to lose weight, but usually hit a plateau @ around 160. I really would like to see my abs again one day so I decided to take Fahrenheit and CLA. I would like to know if anyone else has taken Fahrenheit and what kind of results did you have? Any help would be appreciated.
BTW, I am starting a new diet. I make sure to eat every 3 hours and I have eliminated the 'bad' stuff, but find myself standing in the candy aisle aimlessly for like 20 minutes. I do cardio in the morn ( 30 min. med-high intensity) and a 25 min circuit MWF afternoons, and walk my puppies at night.
