Newbie question about excercise names.

What are dips, incline bench, deadlift, lying tricep extensions, shrugs and skull crushers?

I think I know what deadlifts and incline bench means, but I have no clue what the other exercises look like when you do them, or how you do them. Thanks.

U do need to get yourself a good book...lol
Dips are hard to explain. Imagine placing your hands on two handles about chest high. You start with your arms straight so you should be a good 2 feet of the floor. Then you slowly bend your arms till they are parallel to the floor then push back up. Used for chest and triceps. People also wrap weights around there waists while doing this.
Skull crushers and lying tricep extension are the same thing. You lie down and position the bar straight above your head (some people do it in a slight angle past head). Then you bring the bar to your forehead (or around that area) then back up again without moving your shoulders.
Shrugs you have two dumbbells in each hand placed against your outer thighs. Shrug your shoulders...in essence bring your shoulders to your ears..hold a second bring back down. Do not use your arms to move the weight.
Incline bench is when u do a bench press with the bench at a slight incline...usually 30 degrees.
