Newbie looking to put on weight, HELP!

Hi Guys

I am wanting some advice/help in body building. so any advice will be very much appreciated.

I am 23 years of age, I weigh about 8 and a half stone :(.

For some reason I eat eat and eat and I never put weight on and I am sick of it. I will do anything to put weight on I am sick and tired of being skinny :(.

I have purchased a course of Sustanon 250 about 6 months ago, but avoided using it as I wasnt really training properly.

However I have no brought some weights and a pull up bar and will be training from home everyday... my neighbour who has used sus before has said he will inject me with i think 1mg every weekend but not sure so dont quote me on that. He said this is sufficient for yourself and you shouldnt have no side effects, people just madmouth steds but its only if you go crazy on them that things start getting out of control.

Also i was told you have to inject in the bum, however he said its also possible to inject near the top of my arm? is this correct. ?

To be honest hes 26 and hes a machine, so he must be doing it right.

Does anyone have any tips/advice for me?

What does your diet look like?
Daily caloric content, protein, fats, and carbs. Do you track exact amounts of these?

You may eat and eat like you say, but if you are not eating properly in proportion to your goals, then the results won't be there.
 
8 and a half stones is 119 pounds? Bro you need to seriously learn to train properly and eat right for a long time before touching AAS. You are severely underweight and could easily gain a lot of mass naturally at this stage. You also don't seem to have done your research on anabolics so don't even consider using them. The reason you are underweight is diet and training, not because you need steroids. DIET AND TRAINING.
 
Well i dont really have a specific diet, I try to eat plenty of tuna and chicken though. Unfortunately I dont track amounts?
I came here so maybe someone could help me with a diet plan and point me in the right direction aswell. Its just got the point I dont want to be skinny no more and will eat and train however need be in order to make gains.

You aren't eating enough. And you need to understand how your diet affects gain and loss. Then, find a solid beginner's program and learn to train properly. You have NO need for any kind of juice.
