Hello everyone, I’m and wanted to say hello to the forum. At 55 I have been losing weight for the last 9 months on Reta and also training. Not looking to get super jacked but am wanting to get down to 230lbs from 357lbs starting point. I’m down to just under 300 and I’ve hit a plateau and can’t seem to kickstart myself into fat loss mode again.
I’m also taking test e and that’s been effective for me the last couple of months. I’ve also been taking HGC and BPC.
I want to see if there’s any other peptides I could add to boost fat loss and to get some extra muscle in.
Does anyone have any suggestions or advice please ?
