Okay first question Its been probably around 7 years since I've stepped foot in the gym or lifted any weights whatsoever. Should I start going to the gym and lifting for a while before I start a cycle or just jump right into it?
My next question is what should I take or use how much what order should I take them in is there something more I should obtain first or use with what I have. This is what I have anavar 25mg pills, primobolan enanthate, testosterone cypionate and Deca. What should I start with and how much. Is there anything else I need to obtain before I begin? I was also given some bacteriostatic water. Do I need that water for any reason? Thank you guys for your help it is much appreciated.

Should you wait before a cycle? 100% if you've been off 7 years, get your base back. And if you want to cycle it's testosterone only, but you seem smart you understand that with a full LOG journal diary us giving you steroid advice is like doctor doing surgery not knowing whats wrong with you.
What you should do before anything is start your LOG Journal diary on EF with your diet training cardio sleep supplements, even if it's bad start it and we'll guide you thru the changes.
If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

I was hoping to find someone/partner to help me out at the gym doesn't look like I'm going to need that with all of the support I'm getting here. I will definitely start a journal and hold off on any cycles. Of course I want to look bigger as quick as possible but I understand the importance of building back my strength first. I am 33 6'5 178 pounds and next to no muscle. I've tried taking mass gainers to try and bulk up but always been on the thin side. Again I appreciate all the support it looks like I definitely came to the right place.
After being away from the gym I did that exact way busted tail for 1 year to regain my foundation and drop a bunch of weight before starting and it is working out positively for me, glad I did wait.

you absolutely need to get back into the gym, get diet and training discipline and consistency and go from there.. that takes some time to develop and this is a marathon, not a sprint... one step at a time and do it the right way and you will do yourself A LOT of favor by doing so
