proper amount of growth hormone for 55+?

I’m in the 55 + age group finally, and I would like to use some growth hormone to help me put on some muscle and also cut some body fat down. I’ve heard dosing from 1 IU up to 5 IU’s and some people are going even higher. I’m not sure what you recommend for me. Do you have any recommendations on how much I should be running?
 
I'm a big fan of growth hormone but it does work better when you stack. I would maybe add some nutrobal to it.
 
Timing your growth hormone is very important. I recommend taking it before your breakfast even if you eat later in the day, it's good to take it right before.
