I kinda hate resolutions. If I need to do something, I'll do it. Anytime. But I understand how the start of a new years is symbolic of fresh starts, new beginnings and a redefining of ones goals.
My juicing days are over but I vow to continue finding every possible method to grow more muscle, fight aging, and help others do the same.
What's everyone's goals for the new year? It can anything from a modest attempt to improve your bench to wanting to be 50 pounds heavier by 2009. Maybe it'll be to try that Primmo stack you've always wanted. Or to drop that stuff that is so hard to recover from. Maybe it's trying more supps and less gear. Maybe it's trying more gear than ever! I don't know. This is your 2008. What's the plan?
