Just letting you all know that my current stats are as follows

156lbs
10.2%bf
4 months ago I weighed 208lbs and well my body fat was considerably higher than it it now. I want to get down another 10lbs before I start bulking a little. I am at my original target of 10%, but now I'm there i've chopped and changed. Had a perfectly clean diet for 3 weeks now, no cheat meals....I might be tempted to cheat Saturday evening as a little congratulations to myself. I would really like to get down to about 6%ish before I start bulking, I don't really want to go over 10% while I'm bulking.
As soon as I've got my camera up and running, I will get some photos, I'm beginning to wish I had took some before pics.
