I'm new to the board. Just wanted to say whats up. I've heard alot about this board. I can't wait to dig in.

Have you juiced before?

You can learn a ton of stuff. Just be careful and read alot . . . some these posts are wack but many of these guys are a great help. You will get the support you need in your quest. Welcome aboad from one newbie to another . . .
 
Welcome bro. You will love this board. Tons of *great* information, funny stories, lots of learning, and of course the occasional troll (although they are gone within days usually). Best board out there, if you ask me. I hope you gain as much from this board, as I do. :D
 
Welcome! Remember, you can never be too critical of what you read... not all posts are based on fact! Look at them as an outline that allows you to do your own research. I've learned a wealth of information from this board and doing personal research. Enjoy!
 
Welcome bro, just to warn you about this board and these people, you are going to get really, really addicted. I sit at work and at home and read and post. Its great and the guys and gals on here are the best. SO much information they got its great.
