Gday, new to the forum

G'day everyone,
Just thought I'd introduce myself as I'm new to the forum. I'm pretty active over on some other forums and recognise a few names over here, but looking forward to chatting with some new faces. I'm 46 years old, been cycling gear for a few years now and am about 8 weeks out from my first ever comp in Mens Physique. I'm thinking i might start a log over here if anyone is interested. Anyway I'm looking forward to joining the community here.

Quick snapshot of my bodyweight over the last 6 months or so. Back in September last year I hit a peak bodyweight of 97kg at the end of my bulk and dieted down to about 86kg by new years. I then did a planned holding health phase where I pretty much maintained body weight whilst slowly increasing calories back up to 3200 from memory, I then handed the reigns over to coach Gains in early or mid Feb from memory who has guided me to where I'm at now.

Some of my progress with the coach, think this was 7 weeks between pics (doesn't include my first couple weeks with coach or my...
