New To The Board Need Help

I haven't been able to register myself, so I am posting under my husband's handle. I am 5'3" 130lbs (30 something). I've been lifting 10+ years - tried heavy, tried light. Do cardio 4-5 times per week - possibly not the proper type or intensity. MY LOWER BODY FAT NEVER BUDGES! I have musle its just hiding under the fat. I want to look fit/hard. Suggetions on diet, exercise? Should I be concentrating on cardio or weight training? Do you suggest ANAVAR, ECA, CLEN, T3? Please help! TIA.
 
what kinda numbers are you dealing with (whats the bf?)

what are you eating... bf is best controlled through a CLEAN diet, although lifting heavy and regular cardio are also required...
 
Okay, if you suggest choosing between losing fat or gaining muscle then I would like to lose the fat and hold onto the muscle that I have at this time. In your opinion, what type of diet and exercise program should I follow?
 
You need to concentrate on weight training...its the most important thing...If you want definition...it is going to depend on your dieting!!! Diet...heavy training....cardio....time....
 
Post a sample diet as well..what you eat on a daily basis.
 
Best to lower your BF% to 10-12 first before increasing size/strength. I like high protein, low/no carb (carbs from green vegetables). I like a three day a week exercise regimen in cycle fashion: 4 sets of a push (like bench press) exercise; 4 sets of a pull (like rows or pulldowns); and four sets of Leg press/squats/leg extensions. Do it Mon, Wed, Fri, and REST on the off days. Warm up: 6 minutes WALKING on treadmill, 25 ab crunches, 25 rev ab crunches, 15 straight leg dead lifts. Only aerobics to be done: LOW INTENSITY. You will become a fat burning machine. I have been on this program since May; I started out at 33%BF and now down to 25%; my goal is 6%..and I am doing it drug-free. i believe that I will require either T3/clen or HGH to achieve anything below 15% for I HAVE never been below that number in my life--even as a teenager in the best of shape.
