I haven't been able to register myself, so I am posting under my husband's handle. I am 5'3" 130lbs (30 something). I've been lifting 10+ years - tried heavy, tried light. Do cardio 4-5 times per week - possibly not the proper type or intensity. MY LOWER BODY FAT NEVER BUDGES! I have musle its just hiding under the fat. I want to look fit/hard. Suggetions on diet, exercise? Should I be concentrating on cardio or weight training? Do you suggest ANAVAR, ECA, CLEN, T3? Please help! TIA.
