Buildingup24 New member Apr 3, 2012 #2 Could do upper/lower twice a week. 5/3/1 with BBB as assistance is a great mix of size n strength. Split wise I'd go chest/tri Back bi Off Shoulders/traps Legs Off Off (or repeat if your nutrition n rest is pinpoint)
