What do you guys think of my schedule? Any suggestions?
7am Cardio 7 days a week 45-60 minutes
Some days I work out at 12:00 - 1:00 and again at 6:00.
1. 12:00 - 1:00 pm first split workout
Hamstrings/Biceps
6:00 pm second split-workout
Quadriceps
2. 12:00 - 1:00 pm first split workout
Chest/Abs
6:00 pm second split-workout
Triceps/Forearms
3.Rest
4. 12:00 - 1:00 pm first split workout
Upper Back - feel good still
6:00 pm second split-workout
Lower back - can't walk
5. 6:00 pm
Shoulders/Biceps
6. Rest/Prepare food for the next week.
7.Repeat
