Right I'm I'm the gym right now, using oxygen4energy between sets of pull ups.
Started of with 3 blasts, breathing returned to normal but when I started the next set I still hit a sticking point on the last rep.
Tried 5 blasts and the sticking point was lessened but still there.
6 blasts and no sticking point and a slightly better than usual pump in my biceps.
Ok so the further I progressed through my sets the more blasts I needed.
I did 8 sets total, 6 blasts seems to be the sweet spot for me up till halfway through (4th set) after that I used 10 blasts twice, and that I believe us the end of this can. just need to wait for a sale at mrsupps so I can buy myself more...
