New NTBM/Mrsupps portable oxygen test log

I can't wait either, I'm hoping it'll give me an advantage over the kids who run rings round me! Lol! My stamina ain't what it used to be.

I would sure like to try this to see how far it would take me thru my intense training scession.

Have you started this yet bro?

Yep, used it yesterday (the 30th) for recovery after training. I'll be trying it out kickboxing next week.

From what I've seen/experienced so far it's great for recovery, getting your breathing back to normal after anything that gets you seriously out of breath. I haven't tried it while lifting yet. But I've got a theory it'll be helpful getting past a sticking point like just as you reach failure.

I am extremely eager to see the results of this log! This is a revolutionary step for training !

Well I may make this log a tad longer. I'm gonna order some more as there are many things I'd like to test it on and I've used 20% of the bottle already.
