I already got the beginner helladrol stack from mrsupps (great company btw) but I am thinking I made a mistake and I am considering doing the kata cutting stack instead or something similar. I am 2 weeks into the hella stack. What would I need to do to switch it up? Do the PCT then start kata or just order kata and start that in place of the hella.
The reason for the switch is I am looking more to cut fat while retaining muscle not gain weight. I know I should have done more research, (I know: Im a noob, What did you expect?, etc.) Ive seen plenty of guys be torn a new one when they make a mistake like this I know I screwed up and thats why I am here. I gained 10 lbs in the 2 weeks I have been on hella and I am not lifting a tremendous amount. I am eating pretty clean and I do bjj 4 nights a week and lift 3 nights a week along with walking on the treadmill with my heart rate at 140ish 5 days a week. Why am I stiil gaining weight? I track my calories on my fitness pal and I am almost always way under my calorie limit when exercise is included plenty of protein, low carbs, plenty of fat, too much sodium though =/ although I sweat like a maniac so hopefully that is not a hugue problem. Am I just gaining mass in muscle? Ive read trust the mirror not the scale, but 240 is a little ridiculous for me. What gives? Any advice is appreciated!
Additionally, I screwed up my endocrine system when I was younger with methyl V and am on the andro patch for the rest of my life so I guess pct isnt a big deal? While on the patch my total test is around 350 if that helps anything. I am 27 and normally weigh around 230 , but I have not trained this much in a long time and I am ready to see some results. I leave for vacation end of July so now is the time to make a move if I am going to make one. I am going to get my body fat checked tomorrow if that will help in leading me down a smarter path. I have a scale that measures it but Ive read those are completely unreliable.
