HI !!! Im new to this sight, I was just recruited by my long-time friend and trainer... MIKE P.T. Im 22 y/o female- Ive been avidly working out for about two years- I've lot about 40 lbs during this time- no to mention I've put on a significant amount of muscle. I work out about 5 days a week- I weight train and run, mostly. Sometimes i switch it up and try and take some aerobic classes- like spinning- when I can. I'm hoping to meet some new people and share pics-tips- whatever!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D :D

You don't have to be Platinum to post pics.

Here's how to do it:

You have to have the pics saved on your computer.

Click on your Gallery, then Upload a Picture.

Browse the list until you find where on your harddrive the picture is stored.

Upload the pictures. They will now be in your Gallery, but non-Platinums will only see thumbnails.

To put larger pictures in a thread:

Open the picture in your Gallery.
Right Click, scroll down to Properties.
Highlight the http address and Copy it.
Start a new Thread, click the IMG button, then paste the address in the box.

Got it? :)

ROUTINE

My current routine:
Every workout I try and stretch as much as possible- Before and after cardio- between sets...
Mon:
Full Leg work out, mostly focusing on my butt (getting more of it :D ) --- Run/ jog for minimum of 25-30 minutes

Tues:
CARDIO DAY- 45 minutes of Cardio- usually running - & ABS

Wed:
Chest, Shoulders, Tri --- Run for 30-45 minutes

Thurs:
CARDIO DAY- 45 minutes of cardio & ABS

Fri:
Back & Bi --- Run for 30-45 minutes & ABS

After all this gym talk, I woke up this morning extremely amped for the gym. It was my cardio day today and rather that running my usual 3 1/2 miles..... I RAN 6 1/4 MILES !!!!!:D :D :D :D :D
I couldn't believe myself!!!! Today was the best running day I have probably ever had - And I needed it after all the pumpkin pie I ate last week.. I've been feeling like a cow. I found some pics to post (even a few of me n Mikey at the gym),... I'll probably post them next week after my final exams ......... THANKS AGAIN
