HI !!! Im new to this sight, I was just recruited by my long-time friend and trainer... MIKE P.T. Im 22 y/o female- Ive been avidly working out for about two years- I've lot about 40 lbs during this time- no to mention I've put on a significant amount of muscle. I work out about 5 days a week- I weight train and run, mostly. Sometimes i switch it up and try and take some aerobic classes- like spinning- when I can. I'm hoping to meet some new people and share pics-tips- whatever!!!!!
