New diet on cycle, plase take a look

I post this here because I'm on gear and would like to hear what others on gear think about this.

I workout EOD, intense after a DC program. For example:
mon: Deads 20reps, legpress, chins, bicepscurl

wedn: Bench, military press, scull crucher(change every movenment from time to time, sometimes for triceps I dgo with Dips, narrow bench and so on). Abs, Calfs

Fri: Squat(20 reps), SL-deads(20 reps), BB rows 12-8-4(or something like that kfor reps), DB curls, hammercurls

Mon: same as Wed..

I thought I would change my diet a bit. Right now I'm eating a bit too much I think on the non workout days so I thoiught I would change that.

My new diet would look something like this:

Breakfast, 100g carbs from Rye bread(hole grain), oatmeal. Protein from Casein, tuna(40g protein), 5g Flaxx seed oil.

then about 50g carbs and 40g protein as a snack in between

Pre workout(45-1 hour) I woul eat about 90g carbs-100g from oatmeal, rice. Protein from Casein and fish, about 40g.

Post workout(this is where the big change starts). 70g Dextropur + 40g Whey Isolate + 10g creatine + 300mg ALA as soon as I drop my weights.

One hour later: 80g carbs from rice and 10g protein from Whey isolate, 35g protein from tuna.

2 hour later from that: 50g carbs, 30g protein. I will in other words eat every other hour instead of every 3 hours. This day will be a lot of meals and a calorieintake about +2000 from what I would nee not to loose or gain anything. I also include flaxx seed oil for every meal at 5-10g.

The day after this workout I will eat a bit less, about 300-500calories over what I need for not loosing or gaining weight. This would be for recovery but at the same time not to gain to much fat on this off day. I will eat more in the start of the day(first half) and then lower calories. First 3 meals would give me a total of 100g carbs, 150g protein(total). Then I would lower carbs a bit and up on the fat and increase protein to 40g. For example, steemed broccoli, flaxx seed oil and chickenbreasts last 3 meals.

Any thoughts?

Reasion why I do this is I would like to get the most out of the diet by bumping food after my session and for the next 24 hours, then after tha I would tapper down on calories mainly from carbs. This way more nutrition would go to repare musle fibers and muscle growth. I do not think one woul dneed to eat that much the off days, or atleast not after 24 hours post workout until next workout.
