Today was an awesome workout.. I still can't squat because of my IT band but I can deadlift like nobodies business... the last 3 times i've deadlifted i've had new prs...
My form absolutely sucked on the pr and my back was massively rounded but I still got it up...

Bodyweight:180 lbs roughly @ 5'10

Heres how my deadlifts went

My back feels great now!

Your motivation is great. But I will say this:

You should NEVER sacrifice form in the name of setting a PR. EVER. It only takes one time, and could have very well been that time, that you destroy your back. Then it could take weeks, months or maybe even longer to recover. Which is faster and more productive, adding 2 lbs a week, every week while keeping perfect form...or adding 10 lbs or more every week while sacrificing form more and more, and then lowering the weight by 200 lbs and starting over due to injury?

Just something to think about...
