Hey guys. Haven't been on here for a while! Well it's that time again for the next cycle and I am going to be logging this one. Here's what I'm looking at. A nice easy simple cycle.

M1a- 1-4 @ 30 30 30 60
Sust- 1-10 @ 500

23 Years old.

Cycle experience:
1st:
Test Enthanate 1-12 @500
2nd:

Diet:
calories: 4,300
fats: 180
carbs: 360

i will load a lifting routine and what my diet consists of.

I will not start for a week or so.
And I was wondering if I forgot anything and also if I should lower the carb intake because I get bad back pumps and water retention.
I try to drink 1.5 to 2 gal h20 on cycle.
 
I'm actually going to change the m1a to 1-4 @ 60 60 40 40 because I will have the prop kicked in and some of the other shorter esters active
