Hey guys. Haven't been on here for a while! Well it's that time again for the next cycle and I am going to be logging this one. Here's what I'm looking at. A nice easy simple cycle.
M1a- 1-4 @ 30 30 30 60
Sust- 1-10 @ 500
post cycle: wk12-16
nolva- 40 40 40 20
clomid- 150 100 50 50
formadrol- 3 2 1 1 (test booster)
support supps:
milk thistle (pre and post)
liv 52

multivitamin
fish oils
taurine
hawthorne berry extract
creatine (post)
formistane (water retention)
stats:
23 Years old.
5 year training

Cycle experience:
1st:
Test Enthanate 1-12 @500
2nd:
Test Enthanate 1-10 @500
Dianabol 1-6 @50
3rd:
Test Enthanate 1-12 @400
Tren Enthanate 1-10 @300
Dianabol 1-6 @50
Diet:
calories: 4,300
fats: 180
carbs: 360
protein: 410
i will load a lifting routine and what my diet consists of.
I will not start for a week or so.
And I was wondering if I forgot anything and also if I should lower the carb intake because I get bad back pumps and water retention.
I try to drink 1.5 to 2 gal h20 on cycle.
