Definitely!! Had a great workout today too...my arm is almost back to normal so even though I'm still doing girly weights, I am able to do more. Felt great!! Only gained 1 lb over the last week too!! Woo hoo!! :)

That's awesome cali!!! Go get em girl. Im running my 5 day split tues-sat this week so I've been off 3 and feel like a fat ass. Lol my trainer could only train me sat so he said to start my split tues instead of mon.

Honestly..I just have to make sure I can be 100% in. Make sure my head is totally there. I've got about 4 weeks to decide for sure but I really want to compete in 2012 so thinking about it makes me excited!

The longer you stay out of the gym, the longer its gonna take you to get to your goals. You gotta drag your ass in there BB thats half the battle really. Once your there you have no choice but to workout and besides its better be there and at least try, compared to completely juss staying at home. I know how it feels to be demotivated but you got us to keep you motivated!

I would except for a few things.
1. Im at the tip of my genetic limit, So massive transformation would take lots of $ for supplements.
2. Not going to pay $100 just to be considered, and have to shell out for supps.
3. Not a fan of posting self pix online.

FYI- Pet rats are the shit. They are Smart, Quiet and funny as hell. Plus they all have different personalities ( NOT like hamsters and G-pigs) . Had a couple of pet rats for over a year.
Only thing that sucks is the weekly/or less cage cleanings.

One time, My pet rat pulled a kittens paw in the bars and bit the hell out of it. Momma did not like that.
