This is a trick question. Lmao I still say turkey. Reason being that turkey is a leaner meat to start with therefore the 5% total fat content in turkey would be lower than the 5% fat content of beef or pork.

I disagree. Using turkey as a substitute for red meat gives a false sense of "eating healthy".

Please explain? If you are eating a meat that is leaner with the same or higher protein content then you are eating healthier.
However you have to watch the brand and nutrient breakdowns because some companies product are not the quality that others are.
