It is awesome bro! You should see the look on everyone's face when I pull out my lunch of grilled chicken, fresh squash, green beans, and sweet potatoes. They are all in there eating slaw dogs right now and drinking sweet tea and they wonder why thier home dvd just won't get them looking the way they want to. Roflmao! I needed this one BB. You have the best food combos. I'm always impressed when I read what you're eating. Do you plan it all out ahead of time?? Cook in advance?

Thank you cali! I plan it out a week at a time and cook most of it on Sunday and weigh it out and container it for the week. A little ocd I know but makes it easy not to cheat! Lol
