I pretty much took the summer off too...no motivation, lake time, partying, eating...lol It felt good to go back though. And...I broke out the ol' boxing gloves and spent 20 mins beating the hell out of the heavy bag and not gonna lie...that was AMAZING!!

I'm not totally organized yet but slowly getting my head together and moving in the right direction. I'm down about 5 lbs in the last 2 weeks but just from cleaning up a bit and not drinking!! lol
