I was lifting all day yesterday moving 8 foot shelves and removing the plywood shelves it by myself. It hurts alot in that area whenever my joints dry out butI probably irritated it fucking with those shelves. It doesn't hurt too bad right now and I finished all those shelves so hopefully it'll be alright.

Of course....it's a guy from work who throws an annual Christmas party and apparently they are just rocking! I think I'd have one drink and fall asleep in the corner. lol
