Nelson, your calf routine sucks!!!!!

no doubt the routine will destroy your calves. it did mine.
 
This calf training routine in his book is far from original. It appears many times in slight variation in Muscle Mag International Encyclopia of BB. I have seen this technique dozens of times before, however I would never of tried it if it weren't from all the hype on here. Works great btw.

Even knowing this, I'll buy the book. Plus I know it's working so it makes me wanna buy the book even more lol.

There's a little more to it than that and it has to be done the right way to work. Also, a similar piece appeared in MuscleMag because I wrote it for them.

At any rate, I feel the world is a better place knowing that I only have to train calves 4 minutes a week. There's nothing that can be done that will produce any better results.
 
Well, you'll feel 100 reps of no matter what you do, but does it work to produce mass/strength?
