Hey all, I have been lurking around here for a while and thought I would ask all of the knowledgeable people here about my shoulder routine. I had a motorcycle wreck on June 30, 2001 and it messed my right shoulder up quite a bit (internal bleeding, a small rotator cuff tear most likely). I have only recently been able to go back to the gym in the past couple of months. I have been doing dumb bell presses w/o any problem but as soon as I try some lateral raises my shoulder starts to act up again. I was looking for some advice on other shoulder exercises I might be able to try. Thanks in advance.
