I started boxing a couple of weeks ago, and after doing alot of skipping and bag work we go onto fitness. Thing's like clap pushups, burpees, squat jumps, tuck jumps, sit ups, pike sit ups and a couple outher movements i don't know name of. Then usually at the end we do arms out to the side and do small circular motions then big circular motions and small again then we keep holding our arms out to the side for a while, but this 1 seems hard for me to do, i have to drop my arms alot because they start to ake quite quickly. Any excersises/lifts i can do to make me stronger at this arms to the side ?
Also what muscle groups would be at work when doing this ?
1 of the trainers said it builds strength around the shoulder and neck and is really good for boxers.

It's your delts that are crapping out. If you are new to boxing then it will take some time. I have been boxing (muay thai) for several years and it was just a conditioning issue for me. To do a full boxing workout w/ jump rope, pad work, all that stuff you named, etc...anyones shoulders would be worked. Just keep at it
