ok i do not take steroids only hydoxy cut im 18 years old and weigh aprox. 160 lbs i am just wondering what you and your friends were lifting in. Clean,bench,squat. Your senior year or what u think i should be lifting i have really good clean form but when i get like to 185 i cant sink my as quik enough to get it up. I can bench 210 (once) that is going up quick bcasue i do that more than other lifts.I dont no what i can squat max wise never really try, i have lifted on and off since a froshman i have worked for every muscle in my body i didnt get gentics at all. So i will take everything you say serious u wont hurt my feelings so u can tell me if i am a pussy but i would just like some oponions on what i should be doing in those lifts. thank you
