hey guys/gals
im new here and i have a few questions...first off im 22 im 6'1 and i really dont know my body fat but its gotta be alot..ive been on a strict diet and lost about 11 pounds in the last 2 months,,bringing me from 225 to 214..im doing well on my diet, but that was with little to no excersize. i just bought a brand new treadmill today and will be running about 15 minutes a day 7 days a week trying to build up to a good 30-45 min. run a day. does anyone have any reccomendations on a good running workout. Also i wanna jump on a supplemnt to loose wieght quicker. Ive been outta the supplement world since ephedra got banned in the states...so my question is whats good?? whats working for people?? i heard animal cuts is good. My nutritionist had me taking GlycoLean Accelerator 2...i liked it but i didnt feel it was doing all that much, but now im actually gunna be working out again. Im not into any cycles right now of anything and wont be till i get my body fat down again and im happy with my weight. I used to be happy when i was about 185-190, i actually saw my abs , but now i have a gut.. ANY help at all is very appreciated. im goin away in 3 months and i wanna look good again.
