Need Some Help

hey guys/gals

im new here and i have a few questions...first off im 22 im 6'1 and i really dont know my body fat but its gotta be alot..ive been on a strict diet and lost about 11 pounds in the last 2 months,,bringing me from 225 to 214..im doing well on my diet, but that was with little to no excersize. i just bought a brand new treadmill today and will be running about 15 minutes a day 7 days a week trying to build up to a good 30-45 min. run a day. does anyone have any reccomendations on a good running workout. Also i wanna jump on a supplemnt to loose wieght quicker. Ive been outta the supplement world since ephedra got banned in the states...so my question is whats good?? whats working for people?? i heard animal cuts is good. My nutritionist had me taking GlycoLean Accelerator 2...i liked it but i didnt feel it was doing all that much, but now im actually gunna be working out again. Im not into any cycles right now of anything and wont be till i get my body fat down again and im happy with my weight. I used to be happy when i was about 185-190, i actually saw my abs , but now i have a gut.. ANY help at all is very appreciated. im goin away in 3 months and i wanna look good again.

i don't know about all the supps and diet. But i can help with making your run a bit longer. Start off taking a run around your area. Designate you are running as walk/jog/sprint. walk at first maybe for 2 neighborhood lengths. Then jog about 3 neighborhood lengths. Then SPRINT (as fast as possible) 2 neighborhood lengths. Then slow to a jog and continue for about 3 neighborhood lengths then speed up and sprint for another 2 neighborhood lengths. Continue this until you feel you cant do anymore at all. Then slow to a jog after your final sprint for about a neighborhood then slow to a walk the rest of the way.

I read about this somewhere and it has helped me increase the amount i can run. so hopefully this helps you. Im sure you COULD do it on the treadmill but i would do it outside if i was you but do as you wish. :)
 
Man, my 2 cents:

1. If your BF% is high, forget about Supps just now. Use that money in FOOD! (you will not need supps if you are very oiverweight and specially if you have been sedentary for any long period of time).

2. Check your diet! Diet is the cornerstone of losing weight. Weight training and cardio are the complimenting pillars

3. WEIGHT TRAIN. In order words, LIFT, you need to lift in order to preserve the muscle mass you have right now and keep/increase your strenght.
