Need some help

I'll certainly add mored fruits, love the stuff! I was under the impression oats are low GI, quick oats come under the medium (56-69) and the oats i use are below 55 (just) so dont see a problem with the oats, semi skimmed milk is even lower on the glycemic index. Am i missing something here? Lol the bran flakes could definitely be swapped out for some fruit an a few nuts etc, they're quite high up the index.

I just finished reading Chris Powell's book the 7-day Carb Cycle. It takes a little getting used to in order to follow it, but the theory makes sense. Like someone mentioned above, the body gets used to any diet after a period of time, and plataeus. This will happen even if you go super low-calorie, your body will still stop losing weight because it's learning to survive on whatever you are putting in your body. The carb cycle theory is to go protein-fat/protein-carb meals every other day, so on the low carb days your body continues to burn fat for energy.
I'm sure there are other ways to rotate your eating, but overall I think the theory works for avoiding a plataeu

Yes, you're missing something, I was missing a lot of things for years....we all were/are....that's why a nutritionist is worth every penny.

Interesting theory AnneD, ill have a read in to that :) thanks. Currently seeking out a nutritionist that specialises in this area (bodybuilding) dont want an average health obsessed weight loss freak lol, same with personal trainers, i wouldn't trust someone who hasn't had great results themselves, or with clients in building mass.

Go to some local shows, network. Find a guy that does show prep.

Quick update.. still getting nowhere! I've increased calories and not much is happening, had a lot of unplanned money to pay out recently (car problems) so haven't been able to afford a nutritionist yet, hopefully next month. Regardless of this i still feel like i should be making some progress surely??? Current cycle is

525mg noble test e pw
150mg noble boldenone pw
70mg danabol ds dbol ed
225mg baltic parabolan ew
400mg renvex tren e ew

Have ai's an cycle support supps bps a little higher than usual but otherwise fine. During the week i only get 6-7 hours sleep but weekend i get 10 hours plus naps all day. Am i just genetically doomed?
