We just told you that you don't need steroids because your diet and training is more than likely shit, and then you come up with a bullshit cycle like that.. do you know about ester lengths and half life's..

My training is Shit? Why? workingout hard for 1.5 hr a day 4 days a week and ONLY because I am not doing deadlift means my training is "Shit" and i am NOT going to grow? you f-u- ck head, most of HUGE bodybuilders (Like the twins on youtube) NEVER do deallift because it is considered to be dangerous.

Actually yes, that is a pretty lousy diet. You're trying to bulk getting only 180 grams of protein a day? The calorie total is fine but you should be hitting a MINIMUM of 250g of protein a day and preferably closer to 300g. It should come from a variety of sources and should be mostly from whole food rather than protein powders.
