Need some advice and Help/Plan

I've been working out so hard for about 1 year and 8 months now, 3-4 days a week, all natural without using steroids (just protein/creatine, amino acids etc) without much results. I've not get much gain, it is really frustrating and I am finally giving up, I need a plan on what steroids to use and how.

I am 180Lbs, 10-11% body fat, 6,1' tall.

You can go all the way and use steroids, or you can start smart, combine a hard Anabolic diet with HCGenerate ES+D-spark and you'll get all the steroid gains without the sides. :cool:
 
Without a solid base, brought on by years of consistent training and careful dieting AAS are a waste of time. Search the forums here for bulking diet ideas and training routines you find challenging. You can post in those forums for feedback on your choices. Then train your butt off and eat like never before.
 
Post your diet and routine.. you havent hit your potential after less than 2years

Like the Guys here have said Bro- It's all about the food. You can take all the steroids you want, but if you're eating small, you'll stay small.

Forget steroids for now. Get your diet and training sorted and you'll see results.

I was on diet during the first 15 months, i lost about 60lbs and like i said i only have 10-11% body fat now, I didnt realized the fact that i cant build muscles while losing fat at same time until 4 months ago (although, I still built some little muscles), so about 4 months ago i started eating like a pig and i did saw some results, but you cant expect much within just 4 months. I dont want to wait another 1.7 year to pay for my mistake. I need to see some serious results within next 6 months. so that's why i am looking to use steroids to boost up the process. and yes i am going to stay eating well. I just need a good plan on what to use and how much (the cycle), if you guys think a good plan gonna cost me I am willing to pay for a premium plan, below is my current diet as bonacris asked:

Morning:

1 Banana or Apple
2 Scoop protein (48gr) mixed with Fat free Milk.

One hour later:
3 boiled whole eggs.

Lunch:

A large Grilled beefsteak with white rice Or couple of Tuna with Salad or Grilled Kebab with white rice.

3 hours later:

A banana/apple + 2 Scoop protein (48gr) mixed with Fat free Milk.

Pre-workout:

SciVation Xtend + Creatin + Craze + Hemavol

Post-workout (Dinner):

2 Scoop protein (48gr) shake + Multi vitamin + Fish Oil + 2 Large chicken breast slices with whole wheat bread and salad or a double hamburger.

3 Hours Later:

Usually Chicken Nuggets or Turkey Breast or whatever food i find in refrigerator.

Before Bed time:

One large scoop of Muscle Pharm Bullet Proof (Amino Acids).

I also eat a lot of almonds between the meals (its a habit).
 
if you cant gain at least a little on that diet then that means (dont take offense) your training is a joke. bro, I see guys like you in my gym daily. theres no intensity or substance to their training. no mind muscle connection....

using aas at 6'1and 180 is a joke. a cop out. your skinny with no base bro. im 6'0" 230...and used to be 165 so I know all about being where you are. I ran my first cycle with no base at 175. biggest mistake I made in bb'ing. I wish I knew how to eat and train right. shit takes time.
you doing squats, deads ? your not gonna grow otherwise. compound exercises....real shit. you need a 5x5 for a year. any gains you get from AAS will just go away when you come off because you have no base. ive been there.
