I was on diet during the first 15 months, i lost about 60lbs and like i said i only have 10-11% body fat now, I didnt realized the fact that i cant build muscles while losing fat at same time until 4 months ago (although, I still built some little muscles), so about 4 months ago i started eating like a pig and i did saw some results, but you cant expect much within just 4 months. I dont want to wait another 1.7 year to pay for my mistake. I need to see some serious results within next 6 months. so that's why i am looking to use steroids to boost up the process. and yes i am going to stay eating well. I just need a good plan on what to use and how much (the cycle), if you guys think a good plan gonna cost me I am willing to pay for a premium plan, below is my current diet as bonacris asked:
Morning:
1 Banana or Apple
2 Scoop protein (48gr) mixed with Fat free Milk.
One hour later:
3 boiled whole eggs.
Lunch:
A large Grilled beefsteak with white rice Or couple of Tuna with Salad or Grilled Kebab with white rice.
3 hours later:
A banana/apple + 2 Scoop protein (48gr) mixed with Fat free Milk.
Pre-workout:
SciVation Xtend + Creatin + Craze + Hemavol
Post-workout (Dinner):
2 Scoop protein (48gr) shake + Multi vitamin + Fish Oil + 2 Large chicken breast slices with whole wheat bread and salad or a double hamburger.
3 Hours Later:
Usually Chicken Nuggets or Turkey Breast or whatever food i find in refrigerator.
Before Bed time:
One large scoop of Muscle Pharm Bullet Proof (Amino Acids).
I also eat a lot of almonds between the meals (its a habit).
if you cant gain at least a little on that diet then that means (dont take offense) your training is a joke. bro, I see guys like you in my gym daily. theres no intensity or substance to their training. no mind muscle connection....
using aas at 6'1and 180 is a joke. a cop out. your skinny with no base bro. im 6'0" 230...and used to be 165 so I know all about being where you are. I ran my first cycle with no base at 175. biggest mistake I made in bb'ing. I wish I knew how to eat and train right. shit takes time.
you doing squats, deads ? your not gonna grow otherwise. compound exercises....real shit. you need a 5x5 for a year. any gains you get from AAS will just go away when you come off because you have no base. ive been there.
No i never did squats, deads. But i workout for at least 1.5 hours 3-4 times a week.
Doing what? Curls? Forearms? Im seriously not trying to be a dick bro but if your not growing in a year and a half even on a so so diet then its your training. Period. Doesn't matter how long your in the gym for. Just because your in the building doesn't mean your going to grow.
You want big ass arms bro? Then learn how to deadlift heavy with no straps. Don't wear faggot ass gloves either. Want huge ass legs? (do you work legs?) drop the leg sled and the fucking extensions and hammy curls and calf raises and learn how to squat.
I bet you do a ton of isolation movements don't you? Drop all that shit.
Learn a 5x5 program and execute it right and you will grow. If you cant grow with real training then its your diet.
When I finish a back workout I feel like I'm going to puke. Do you feel that way when your done?
Don't fuck ass around with retarded splits. Pick one body part per day and kill it with compound movements. isolation movements wont do shit for you as a beginner.
How about a 8 weeks cycle on testosterone enanthate + Deca-Durabolin + Winny + HCGenerate? WTF? everybody converted to be healthy and useless on my post? Any help?
