I'm so confused btwn the 2 different ways of eating. The building muscle diet & the cutting diet ?
My arms right now are too thin, not enough muscle showing through, I want my arms to look like the photo attached. a personal trainer/nutrition expert told me while I am in the adding muscle phase, I should keep my protein intake btwn, 80-90 grams a day. Any more than that I was told will not be good for my body size shape.
Right now I am looking to get buff & tight. I want to add some muscle, and want it noticeable especially in my arms, back & shoulders. but don't want to get huge muscles, like bodybuilders who look like they are on steroids.
So along with my protein shakes, chicken, tuna, eggs, etc.... Can someone give me a detailed menu plan. Due to my schedule I don't get up until around 12:00 noon, that is when I need my eating to start & end by 9:00 pm.
So, I need an eating routine btwn, the hours of 12:00 noon & 9:00 pm.
What to eat, how much to eat, time frame to space it all out ? ? ?
I like protein shakes, tuna, chicken, eggs, roast beef, turkey, FARINA ONLY, whole wheat bread, fruit_ bananas, apples, grapefruit, oranges, corn, green beans, shrimp, salads, whole wheat pasta, brown rice.
My liquid intake is: besides protein shakes & water. Is it OK to drink diet coke, crystal light, & ice tea ?
I can't think of anything else at this time, but these foods are my favorite.
DO NOT LIKE OATMEAL OR SWEET POTATOES !! YUCK !!!
Please, if anyone can make me a day to day meal plan from the above foods ! ! !
