Bro - What are your current stats? Ever lift before? Do you know what your 1 rep max is in Squat, Deadlift, Bench, Press?

I'd recommend something like this for beginners -

Squat, Deadlift ,Bench Press,Shoulder Press,Chins

Do all lift at a range of 70% of your 1 rep max (e.g. 140lb if 200lb is you 1 rep max in bench for example) for 8 reps, 3 sets

Do 10-15 min of cardio as a warmup before you lift.

Do this routine once every 4 days...

Increase the pondage on a lifts by 5% when you can get 10 reps in an exercise.
